UPS will have 35 of the zero-emission EVs with 150-mile range and a driver assistance system to help with driver fatigue. A trial program with the fleet will hit the road by the end of the year in Paris and London. Sorry America, no cute trucks for you yet.

UPS already has 300 electric vehicles in Europe and the U.S. in its ongoing effort to move away from fossil fuel dependence, but none have unearthed such a response as this particular EV.

With UPS's name recognition, the trucks are getting a lot of attention. But Arrival trucks have been inducing melting hearts well before this partnership. (It's not wrapped in signature UPS brown, but it's still a similar version of the cutie-pie vehicle everyone's fawning over.)

UPS and Arrival have been working on prototyping the truck together since 2016.

This isn't the first time an inanimate object has won over hearts, and it probably won't be the last.
